Course Description

The final course for early childhood educators consolidates the learning of previous modules through the lens of providing leadership within an exemplary early childhood learning environment. Participants will examine how to: build staff capacity; foster links beyond the classroom; and ensure a positive culture permeates the interactions among all stakeholders.

This session will run for 3 weeks intensively. Your learning will take the form of in-depth online discussions as well as group and individual assignments.

Learners will be expected to engage in approximately 42 hours of learning per week for a total of 125 hours:

  • 100 hours online learning (asynchronous, but facilitator-led and paced into modules)
  • 25 hours assignments and independent study
