Design and lead a meaningful school improvement initiative aligned with your professional leadership goals.
This Master Certificate program challenges participants to apply leadership theory to real-world educational challenges, with an emphasis on equity, instructional innovation, and organizational development.
You'll explore improvement planning processes, lead a personalized inquiry, and engage in peer collaboration and feedback while developing a professional action plan tailored to your context.
By the end of the program, you will have executed a leadership initiative and produced a reflective report and portfolio that demonstrates your capacity to lead sustainable change in a school setting.
