This course prepares education leaders to navigate complex organizational structures, promote inclusive decision-making, and implement sustainable policies that support all learners.

Explore school governance models, policy frameworks, and change management strategies to enhance your ability to lead with clarity and confidence. Through case-based discussions and applied leadership exercises, gain practical insights into resource allocation, equity-focused leadership, and strategic planning.

By the end of this course, you will be equipped to lead school-wide initiatives that foster equity, operational efficiency, and long-term organizational success.

Recommendations

Upon successful completion of all three courses, you will be issued a digital Certificate of Completion from OISE Continuing and Professional Learning at the University of Toronto.

Course Format

This 7-week course runs fully online in a blend of asynchronous and optional synchronous (live) sessions. It is facilitator-led and organized into weekly modules that include readings, discussions, and assignments with set due dates.

Technology Requirements

You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a modern web browser to access course materials. Optional live sessions (if offered) will be announced within the course site.
