This course provides education leaders with foundational strategies for fostering collaboration, strengthening relationships, and leading with integrity.

Examine leadership frameworks that promote equity, shared decision-making, and positive school culture. Engage in real-world case studies and applied leadership exercises to refine your ability to navigate diverse educational challenges and drive meaningful change.

By the end of this course, you will have strengthened your leadership foundation and developed practical approaches for inspiring and mobilizing teams within your educational setting.

Online - Asynchronous & Recommended Synchronous Sessions 

This session will run for 7 weeks. Your learning will take the form of in-depth online discussions as well as group and individual assignments. Learners will be expected to engage in approximately 6 contact hours of learning per week for a total of 42 hours. 

Important Note

Requests for withdrawal received by the registration deadline will receive a full refund. Requests made after this date will only be considered for extenuating circumstances and require further review and documentation. If granted, a refund for the course fee ($965) minus a $50 administrative fee will be processed.
