Our experienced team of Process Facilitators and Experts-in-Residence, will provide personalized coaching, mentorship and insight as you navigate your real-world workplace challenge within a supportive community of your peers.

Prerequisites
The OISE Continuing & Professional Learning Professional Learning Fellowship is open to experienced professionals with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience, demonstrating growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Leadership Experience: Hold a leadership role or a professional position with the capacity to influence organizational change.
- Focused Inquiry: Have a clear area of interest or a specific challenge within your organization to explore during the fellowship.
- Learning Commitment: Be willing to engage in both self-directed and collaborative learning activities over the 14-week program.
- Availability: Fellows should expect to participate in weekly synchronous sessions. Be sure to review the online meeting schedule, under "Full Course Details" on the course page to help plan your schedule accordingly.
- Reflective Practice: Show openness to reflective practice and engage deeply with peers and mentors.
