Course Description

The Nurturing Sustainable Leadership Professional Learning Fellowship (PLF) is a program for experienced school and education leaders who want to improve their skills as innovative and effective leaders in K-16 education.

Based on the Ontario Leadership Framework introduced by OISE Professor Kenneth Leithwood in 2006, this Fellowship helps leaders develop strategies and tools to tackle challenges, plan and direct school improvements, support their teams, and align resources with their vision and goals to boost student achievement and build strong teams.

The program is cohort-based, meaning you'll learn alongside peers in a flexible and inquiry-focused environment. You'll be guided by a facilitator and supported by experts in residence as you create your leadership development plan.

The program is designed in a cohort-based peer-to-peer flexible and inquiry-oriented environment where you will be guided by a facilitator and supported by experts in residence as you go about developing your leadership roadmap.
