The OISE Professional Learning Fellowship in Cultivating Entrepreneurship: Improving Accelerator and Incubator Learning (PLF-CEIL) is open to experienced professionals with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience. This refers to experience that demonstrates growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.

Applicants should be actively engaged in a leadership role (which may include managing projects and influencing or implementing organizational improvements) with an interest in pursuing an in-depth, learner-driven inquiry. We encourage you to refer to the PLF Application Guide to self-assess your readiness for the program.

For an optimal learning experience, Fellows should expect to participate in weekly synchronous sessions. Be sure to review the online meeting schedule, under "Full Course Details" on the course page to help plan your schedule accordingly.

Before you begin, we highly recommend reviewing the prompting questions available on page 5 of the PLF Application Guide. You may find it helpful to prepare your responses in a separate document before submitting the questionnaire, as it must be completed in one sitting.
