The OISE Continuing & Professional Learning Professional Learning Fellowship is open to experienced professionals with a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience reflecting increased complexity, scope, or responsibility over time.

Who Should Apply

We welcome applicants who meet the following criteria:

  • Professional Experience: You have at least 5–7 years of progressive experience in a relevant field or sector, with increasing complexity or responsibility.

  • Applied Focus: You’re positioned to explore or advance a meaningful opportunity in your work or organizational context.

  • Active Engagement: You’re embedded in a setting where you can test ideas, reflect in real time, and apply your learning throughout the Fellowship.

  • Time Commitment: You’re prepared to dedicate ~7–9 hours per week across live sessions, coaching, and self-directed work.

  • Reflective Orientation: You’re open to feedback, iteration, and collaborative inquiry as you move your thinking forward.

Tip: We recommend reviewing the prompting questions available in the SRQ guide. You may find it helpful to prepare your responses in a separate document before submitting the questionnaire, as it must be completed in one sitting.

Your CV should demonstrate evidence of a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive work experience facilitating or leading teaching, research, and/or administrative initiatives that demonstrate growth in complexity, difficulty or level of responsibility. This will likely include managing projects and influencing or implementing organizational improvements.
